How GlamRiff Works – Your Data is Safe
We never store nothing permanently.
- You upload one or more photos and choose a style/template.
- We create a temporary copy of an open-source AI model and fine-tune it exclusively with your photos.
- Your personalized avatar/image/video is generated.
- Immediately after generation, both the temporary model copy and your original uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers.
We do not use your photos to train any general or commercial AI models. Your images are never shared with third parties and are never stored longer than needed to complete your request.
Information We Collect
1. Photos & Videos You Upload
Used only to generate your requested content. Deleted immediately after processing (see “How GlamRiff Works” above).
2. Device & Usage Information
To provide and improve the Service, we automatically collect:
- Device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), device model, operating system, language, country
- IP address, network type, app version
- Anonymous usage data (features used, session length, crashes)
3. Customer Support Information
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide (e.g., email address, screenshots) to assist you.
4. Permissions We May Request
We only request permissions strictly necessary for core features:
- Photo Library – to select photos
- Camera – to take photos directly in the app
- Storage – to save generated images/videos to your device
You can deny any permission – the app will continue to work, but the denied feature will be unavailable.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Generate your personalized images and videos
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Detect and prevent abuse or prohibited content
- Send critical updates and respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
Data Retention
Uploaded photos and temporary models: Deleted immediately after generation.
Analytics & log data: Retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months.
Support correspondence: Kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information.
We only share data with trusted service providers (cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting) under strict confidentiality agreements and only for the purposes listed in this policy.
